Important Details
Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. All 2-bedroom condominium rates are based on single through quad occupancy. There will be a charge of $50 for each additional adult 18 years of age or older.

Cancellation Policy
Rooms subject to availability and all rates are subject to change without notice. All prices quoted are U.S. Dollars. Rates do not include applicable taxes or gratuities.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card and Diners Club. Personal checks, traveler’s checks, and cash are also welcome. Reservations must be guaranteed with a cash or major credit card deposit.

Cancellations received less than 7 days from arrival date will be charged the full amount.

Please note that WVU Football Weekends are 2-night minimum, with the exception of 10/23/08. There is a 30-day cancellation policy, and all rooms are pre-charged at the time of reservation.

• Room reservations are highly recommended and may be made on-line, or by calling 800.624.8300.
• Dinner reservations for Fusion are recommended but not required. Reservations for breakfast and lunch are not required.
• To ensure availability, we recommend making Spa reservations at time of room reservation.
• Tee times are required, and golf course dress code is enforced.
• Personal training sessions are available at the Fitness Center, and reservations should be made 24 hours in advance.
• Seasonal packages are available year round. Please ask your reservations agent for details.
