Under the direction of Executive Chef Brian Yarborough, Fusion's menu offers modern American cuisine, with hearty soups, thick cut prime rib and many more traditional favorites.

Diners enjoy our famous Prime Rib Buffet, offered on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
